FRANK AND REGINA'S JOURNEY INTO PARENTHOOD THROUGH ADOPTION
This site chronicles our experience of adopting a child from Aqtobe, Kazakhstan. We never thought we would want children, but we've learned to never say never! To start at the beginning click on "May 2007" in the blog archive and scroll to the bottom. Our two trips occurred in May and July 2008. We live in Charleston, SC, and can be contacted at regina(at)ruopoli.com. Enjoy!

Sorry I haven't commented in so ling. Congrats on getting home safely. Your son is beautiful! So glad his surgery went well. Thanks for passing on the sand box info. :)
Hi Regina and Frank,
I saw on the Kaz board that your blog is public now and it is so fun to read it again.--I am trying to catch up on your whole trip and wow--it sounds amazing.
Milo is such a cutie and it sounds like you are a great family. I am really happy that you could adjust your work life to what Milo needed most. Also glad to hear his surgery went well.
Great to follow along again.

Thank you for making this public! I am waiting for my region assignment and it gives me hope. I haven't gotten to read all the blog yet but look forward to doing so!

Cross-country playdates are the best!
I figured Alysa must be getting close. Glad to hear she FINALLY has custody of Brady.
I'm glad I found your blog spot.
You have a sweet family. Our daughter was born in Aktobe, and adopted in June 2000.
Seeing your odyssey unfold is like re-living ours.
Warm wishes for a lifetime of happiness.
