Rock You Like a Dossier

Me: Dossier, Dossier. Where for art thou, Dossier???
Dossier: Hey baby, I’m in Noo Yawk! The FedEx guy dropped me off at the Consulate yesterday. I’ve hit the big time!
Me: Cool! ROCK ON WITH YOUR BAD SELF!
Dossier: I am. In fact, I'm so exited I’m gonna play air guitar right now.
Me: Oh, please don’t. Playing air guitar is hokey. They might send you back.
Dossier: Um...it’s not any hokier than you writing this imaginary dialogue.
Me: Okay, point. Just play a song that will motivate the employees to process you quickly.
Dossier: Totally! They won’t be able to resist the awesomely classic guitar riff from Sweet Child of Mine!
Me: Oh good lord. Can't it be something a little more...subtle?
Dossier: Aw c'mon! I'll channel my inner Slash! Nobody can resist a rock star.
Me: Sigh... Fine then. But if they look at you funny, then switch to some nice jazz -- God Bless the Child or something.
Dossier: Hey...just chill. I got my Mojo working.
Me: And no flirting! No buying rounds of Appletinis and waking up with another dossier with all your papers strewn about.
Dossier: Don't you worry missy. You're talking to a smooth operator. Now let's RAWK!!!

Congratulations! But I think you've gone completely off your rocker (no pun intended!)! I'm sure it'll get processed in no time...

So, fellow rocker... Sweet child o' Mine was my 2nd choice for my ringtone. Instead, I went with Hells Bells. And am only slightly embarrassed when it goes off in public.

I loved your blog update!! How fun :)

I checked out the stroller that you mentioned Baby Planet Solo Deluxe Stroller. We didn't know about that one when we were looking into strollers. Very, very nice! We saw that it came in Mocha, Terra Cotta, and Cobalt. What color did you get?

What a great program they have to donate a used stroller or to recycle it. Very cool!! We can certainly see a lot of perks with this stroller!

This is the first blog that my husband checked out. I hope he doesn't think all blogs are this hysterical!

OMG!! You've got me rolling! I love it! All I've got to say is, "How on earth do you come up with something that creative?!" :-)

Congratulations on the dossier!

Terra Cotta was my favorite! We love orange! In fact many baby clothes that we bought are orange and now some peach has been included!

Orange to me is a *happy* color! One time when I was demoing a scrapbook page - I was disappointed that people didn't care for this color. Nice to meet someone who likes it too!

Here's hoping we travel to Kaz on or around the same time!

Congratulations Regina!!!!!!!!!!! Rock on!!! If you don't mind I am going to direct a few blog stalkers to your blog. This is too much!!!

Hey Regina, how did you get so lucky to have your dossier be a semi cool New York wanna be rock musician? My dossier was not nearly as interesting as a German milk maid, "Gutten tag!"

Regina said...

I've just received word that Amy's German Milkmaid Dossier (whom I hear is quite beautiful) is making googly eyes at my Semi-Rock-Star Dossier. Folks, there is trouble looming -- with a capital T.

We need them to FOCUS! I've alerted Amy and called the authorities. We can't have any hanky panky or intermingled paperwork! (But a baby Dossier might be cute. We could name it Apostille.)

Baby Appostille....so cute, so sweet, with a dimple on one cheek and a big gold seal on the other. Who knew dossiers could reproduce so fast?

THAT IS WHY MY DOSSIER HASN'T GOTTEN TO THE MOE YET!!!! She is dawdling at the MFA in the hopes of more canoodling with your rock star dossier. I thought so much more of my dossier - I never thought she would be a groupie.

oh my goodness I did not spell baby apostilles name correctly...so sorry baby apostille...after all the apostilling I have done you would think that word and the spelling of it would be burned into my brain..at least I don't pronounce it like the apostilles anymore...LOL
